Payment processing is conducted directly by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified licensed payment institutions (Shopier for Turkish Lira; Lemon Squeezy / Stripe for international currencies) via encrypted 256-Bit TLS channels and 3D Secure verification.

3. COLLECTED DATA & SECURITY CHECKS

We process only strictly necessary technical telemetry for license delivery and anti-piracy enforcement:

  • Identity & Order Records: Name, email address, order identifier, and license entitlement metadata.
  • Cryptographic Hardware Hash (HWID): A non-reversible one-way cryptographic SHA-256 digest of hardware components to bind the license to a single computer.
  • Access & Security Telemetry: IP address, activation timestamp, and validation session handshake tokens.
  • Integrity & DRM Verification (Legitimate Interest - GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): When software runs, strictly local in-memory checks inspect process names, window titles, and kernel debugger flags to prevent reverse engineering and decompiler attacks. No personal files, browsing history, photos, or chat logs are ever accessed, read, or transmitted.

4. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE RESTRICTIONS

Your personal information is never sold, leased, or monetized for advertising. Data is shared exclusively with certified infrastructure partners strictly necessary for payment processing, automated license generation, and statutory tax compliance.
