Digital Licenses & Non-Tangible Services Right of Withdrawal Notice

1. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXCEPTION (DIGITAL CONTENT)

All digital products offered by Emir Furkan Kara via www.elfoyun.com (including interactive stream simulation software, client applications, and time-bound digital license keys) are non-tangible digital goods delivered electronically and activated immediately upon single-machine hardware binding (HWID).

International Legal Basis: Under Article 16(m) of the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and applicable e-commerce statutes:

"The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium is exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby forfeit their right of withdrawal."

By completing an order and receiving digital license key access, the purchaser expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges the forfeiture of any statutory withdrawal right.

2. STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Streamer Performance & Audience Metrics: Viewership counts, engagement volume, and livestream gift monetization are entirely dependent on the creator's individual content and audience. Failure to achieve desired viewership metrics does not constitute a defect or refund ground.
Third-Party Platform Enforcement & Policy Shifts: Unilateral modifications by third-party livestreaming platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube) to their algorithms, APIs, or firewall limits; as well as any warning, restriction, or suspension imposed on the user's broadcast account, are outside the seller's control and non-refundable.
Environment & Prerequisite Omission: Incompatibility arising from failure to run a 64-bit Windows 10/11 OS, unstable internet connectivity, local antivirus blocking, or omission by the user to set up required Java 21 runtime and Minecraft 1.21 client libraries is solely the user's responsibility.
Security & Anti-Tamper Violations: Automatic license termination triggered by detected debugger attachments, memory manipulation, decompiler use, or ticket forging forfeits all fees without refund.

3. LIMITED EXCEPTIONAL REFUND CIRCUMSTANCES

Defective License Key: If a delivered license key cannot be validated due to verified central server infrastructure failure and technical support cannot resolve the defect or issue a replacement within 48 hours of notice, a full refund will be issued.
Duplicate Billing: If a payment gateway processing anomaly results in duplicate charges for the same order, the surplus transaction will be refunded immediately.
